Grilled Peach with Habanero Honey Glaze

Perfect sweet and spicy summertime dessert - a favorite at Blake Hill Cookouts!

Serving Size: Serves 6

6 peaches, pitted and halved

Juice of 1 large lemon

Raw Honey

Serve with vanilla ice cream and chopped pecans

Blake Hill’s Mango Pineapple Habanero Spicy Chili Jam

Instructions

Oil the grill and heat to 400°F

Whisk Jam in a small bowl with lemon juice and then set aside.

Place peach halves on the grill, pitted side down, and grill for 4-5 minutes then repeat on other side.

Place grilled peaches on servicing plate or bowl and pour Mango Pineapple Habanero chili sauce over top.

Drizzle with honey, and serve with vanilla ice cream and chopped pecans ~ and Enjoy!

For extra sweet heat, whisk a little more Jam with honey and melted ice cream and use as a spicy, creamy dipping sauce. You may keep extra in the cooler for later ~ it's So good!
