"Iced Ginger Chai" Shrub Mocktail

A light refreshing way to kick off your day or perk up your afternoon! Serve this hot or iced.

Serving Size: 1

3/4 cup iced chai tea (we love Tra Que Chai from the Vermont Tea & Trading Co.)

¼ cup coconut milk

½ ounce Ginger & Turmeric Botanical Shrub

Instructions

To serve iced: Brew your favorite chai tea and let cool

Combine all ingredients and ice in a shaker and shake well to chill

Pour into a pint glass

Optional: garnish with cinnamon sticks

No Shaker? On-the-go? Combine ingredients in Mason jar, cap and shake on your way out the door

To serve warm: brew tea in your favorite mug, add Shrub and warmed coconut milk and stir
